Add BestSubscribers to Circle
Add your tracking snippet to Circle so BestSubscribers can track which content drives paid memberships and courses.
Do I need this?
Only if Circle handles your checkout — meaning people pay for memberships or courses directly through Circle.
If your Circle community is free, or if checkout happens on a different platform (Stripe, ThriveCart, Kajabi, etc.), you don't need to add the snippet to Circle. Add it to the platform that handles checkout instead.
Step 1: Copy your tracking snippet
In BestSubscribers, go to Settings → Tracking and copy your tracking snippet.
Step 2: Add the snippet to Circle
- Log into your Circle admin.
- Click the community name or logo in the top-left corner and select Site.
- Choose Code snippets.
- Paste your tracking snippet in the Head code snippets section.
- Click Save.
The snippet now loads on every page of your Circle community — including any paid checkout pages.
Two snippet sections — use the right one
Circle has two separate fields: Code Snippets and JavaScript Snippets. Make sure you paste the tracking snippet in the Code Snippets field — not in JavaScript Snippets.
Custom code is self-serve
Circle's support team cannot help troubleshoot custom code snippets. If your community's styling breaks after adding a snippet, go back to Site → Code snippets and temporarily deactivate custom code to fix it.
Also have a separate website?
Circle only covers your community pages. If you have a blog or website on another platform (WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, etc.), add the tracking snippet there too so BestSubscribers can track the full journey from content to checkout.
